Had he survived, he would be 445 years old today. <br />Actually, his DOB is not known, except that he baptized on 4/26/1564. <br />I think it was a cunning plot, today is also St. George's Day, when all English people wave their red cross flag. Only those that know the date, you understand. The Irish have their St. Patrick's Day (March 17th and he was Welsh), we Welsh have St. David's Day - March 1st.
